The fine print
Towels are changed every 2 days, while cleaning takes place every 4 days.When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.Please note that the property can only accommodate dogs with a maximum weight of 20 kg or less. Fees apply on check in and a damage deposit is required.Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per apartment.Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet.Please note that pets are only allowed in Standard Studio and Superior Family apartments, both located in block 2 of our property.The roof-top pool has an age restriction, following the local health and safety regulations: it is for people 17 .The guest will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card. A pre-authorisation of a minimum of EUR 50 and up to EUR 100 will be blocked until the guest departs from our property. No cash deposits are accepted.Minimum pre-authorisation depends on the room type booked.Upon check-out, we will refund the pre-authorised charge to the guest's card, but it may take longer depending on the guest's bank.Please note that excavation works at the back of the complex started on October 19th, 2024, by third-party contractors. During this period, guests may experience some noise.Please note that renovation work of the main lobby will be carried out from November 25th, 2025 to April 15th, 2026 from 08:00 to 18:00 daily.Please note that small-scale works in a secluded area of our complex will be carried out from November 1st, 2025, to April 15th.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering a partial sea view. Towels were changed daily, and the view from the upper pool was truly beautiful. The bus stop is right nearby, and it's a pleasant walk to the old town in the evenings.

The location was fabulous. The view from our room was lovely overlooking the sea. Grocery shop just downstairs from our apartment which was great. Plenty of sunbeds on the roof terrace.
