Pleasant suprise exceeded our expectations. The only downside.was that we arrived a little late and the nearest eateries seem to stop serving at 8PM, although we found a cheerful kebab/pizza place near the Tram terminal about 2Km up the road. Breakfast was great. It was a bit out of town but had a P+R at the terminal Would definitely stay again, if in the area.

Beautiful old building with a fabulous stylish boutique feel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast with delicious made to order omelettes. Large comfortable spacious room, tea & coffee making facilities, ample parking and a short walk to tram stop to go into the city.
