Perfect host perfect room 100/10 experience!!! I couldn’t find any words to describe how satisfied I am with Urban Pension which is the best experience (not even “one of the best”) as it is the best of the best! Super clean super friendly helpful host and super model and spacious room but super reasonable price!!! I would recommend anyone or I will definitely come back again as I had such a wonderful experience as I have been away for over two weeks in Europe from Australia including Central Europe and along the Camino and so far this is the best experience…

The personal was super helpful! The helped me to change the room, because in the initial one it was too noisy (close to the entry door). The personal reacted very quickly and professional. In the lobby they have coffee machine and different sorts of tea always avalaible for you.
