The staff were stand out. Ruth on reception was so helpful to us. She went the extra mile to sort a problem we had. Lesley in the hotel restaurant was just lovely too.

I had a clean room with everything I needed: bathroom, tv, Wifi. It is in the center of Melide: quiet but do not expect great views. All perfect for pilgrims: it is exactly on the camino.
