Overall was a very good stay, and I would stay here again if I would have to come back in that area. We stayed at this property for 1 month, as result, my review will be from longer term stay perspective. 1. The Hosts were great. We meet them in person at check-in and check-out, and everything was good and fast. They were helpful with all our questions and made us feel welcomed. 2. The apartment. 2 bedroom apartment, with 1 bathroom, a living room with open kitchen and 2 balconies. One balcony had ocean view. It was a really good apartment, even for longer stays. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you need to cook your own meals, and it has a dishwasher machine. There is also a washer with tumble drier (mixed mode). The beds were comfortable and everything was working properly and was clean. 3. Internet - I think was Wifi6 with very good speed, so we managed to get some work done, and also stream on TV from our ChromeCast. 4. Location was very good for a small town. The apartment is right next to the ocean and walking path that goes on for few kilometers up to La Garita. Supermarket (SPAR):5 minutes walk, Cafee shop/Bakery at 2 minutes walk. At the main road (5-6 minutes walk) : bus stop for line 75 (direct to Las Palmas, every 1h weekday/every 2h in weekend - timetable on Google Maps was accurate). There is also Lidl/Aldi/Mercadona/Ikea/Alcampo etc but a bit far (30 minutes walk or 5-10 minutes with car). 5. Parking: Parking is free on any empty spot. We usually found free spots on the main road (5-6 minutes walk). Don't park on corners (small room for garbage truck) or where the pavement is painted yellow (garage exit). 6. Beach: There are 2 beaches on each side (3-5 minutes walk) : Melenara and Salinetas, both with sand (blue flag beach), with lifeguards and restaurants.

Well equipped , comfortable with part sea view from small balcony. Excellant shower. Owner friendly & helpful.
