-friendly, helpful host -nice neighbors -screens (mosquito nets) on two of the windows -5 L drinking water + wine & snacks provided -comfortable mattress -hairdryer has diffuser -large, flat-screen TV -In the winter, direct sunlight comes in during the afternoons, which was nice.

The apartment is definitely cozy and clean. The sofà is very comfortable if you need some tine to relax. Everything is new and modern.
