The location is excellent being in the CBD - a close walk from the Southern Cross Railway Station and also nearby to other Public Transport. The staff were excellent and friendly also allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out. We upgraded our stay to a Level 8 30m2 King Size Room which was clean and very quiet due to the window being double-glazed. The bathroom, while being overdue for an update, was also clean and functional.
