For the price we paid, the property is decent. View of the city and close to everything, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Apartment is complete with amennities like washing and drying.

The location is great, just opposite Spencer Outlet Centre and near Southern Cross station. The apartment we got is really true to the photos you see on Booking.com. It’s spacious and cosy. The washing machine and separate dryer is a huge plus, especially when you’re there during winter. Hot water showers and strong water pressure.
