Location, location, location. Literally two minutes walk from Hawksburn Station, so the CBD and everything else is minutes away by train but far enough out to still get a taste of green eastern suburbs. Hawksburn Village shops, supermarket, cafes, pub, restaurants, liquor store and... everything... really, three minutes walk. Generous space around premises for on site parking in front of main entrance, or a safe and convenient inside premises Uber pick-up off the main road. The very helpful and pleasant owner hostess works on premises, so is instantly accessible, can make decisions and sort everything, like unexpected like stay extensions, on the spot. Lovely breakfast room and generous guest lounge. Competitively priced with everything you need and nothing you don't, while still clean, orderly and comfortable with a touch of old Melbourne character.
