The Royce is located on Melbourne’s grand boulevard that connects the city’s finest luxury shopping on Collins Street, to world-class galleries and gardens and further to the beautiful bayside beaches.
The Royce takes its inspiration from the golden era of hotels – a time of gala events, secret rendezvous and discreet concierges. When the classic cocktails were invented by hotel bartenders and the martinis flowed. It’s a return to greatness where indulgence is expected and fabulous is celebrated.
Intuitive service, lavish detail and flamboyant flourishes distinguish The Royce. The building’s luxurious origins are on full display, from the grand staircase to the statement chandelier in the Ballroom. This awe-inspiring glamour is echoed in the splashes of marble, chrome, and classical black and white in the suites where no expense has been spared. The allure of indulgence comes at every turn. The Bar serves iconic cocktails by a cosy open fireplace. The wine and gossip flow in the radiant Bistro and Conservatory. The Royce ballroom is a return to the great era of celebrity-scale weddings, where guests stay over and kick on into the night.
