Great location right next to the St Kilda walkways and near to the beach and park. Large room, TV with all channels (it said smart tv but didn’t use that function) and bathroom. very clean. I was on the 4th floor with a room to the side of the property and found it really quiet. Breakfast was limited choice compared to a buffet style but the smashed avocado/eggs was always good. Coffee barista made a great flat white. Super comfy large bed and pillows. AC worked great as well.

Loved this place. A little noisy as it’s on a junction but great rooms. Nice breakfast. Great staff and parking.
