The Olsen completely exceeded my expectations. From the service at check in and friendliness of staff, to the exceptionally clean rooms. Fantastic location right on Chapel St, lovely bar/restaurant downstairs, free lolly bar for the kids & an incredible pool! Could not fault it. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels and been disappointed, but this hotel really stands out in quality in all areas.
