Arriving later? No worries. Our night porter will meet you at the main doors and provide access along with a brief orientation. Please call the number provided on arrival. Formal registration and full check-in will be completed the following day.🚨 11:00pm – 9:00am | Emergency Access Only
We do not offer standard arrivals after 11:00pm and recommend arranging accommodation at a 24-hour hostel if arriving overnight. However, in the case of unforeseen emergency situations, our night porter can provide access so you’re not left stranded. Please note that an emergency call-out service fee of $49 applies in these situations.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location - so close to the CBD and tram network. Staff were very accommodating. Bathrooms and toilets were very clean. Hostel had a friendly, good vibe. Very good for what we wanted.
