The entire experience was fantastic, from check-in through to check-out. Beautiful rooms, incredibly comfortable with every amenity you could wish for, and very friendly, professional staff. In room dining had a quick turn-around and the food was delicious!

The Lyall is superb. Elegant & welcoming. The rooms are next level, comfortable, warm or cool, spacious in warm natural tones. The restaurant is perfect for breakfast and lunch & the staff are friendly and efficient. Location is the best in Melbourne. We will always stay at The Lyall. Thank you Sandy & James

Staff were excellent Elissa was extremely helpful to me when my son had issues travelling back from uni She went out of her way to help him come back to the hotel She was brilliant
