The location was excellent. Close to lots of great cafes and restaurants. I thought this hotel was great value and the rooms were very large, and a bonus to have a kitchenette as well.

Perfect location on St Kilda Road. Very functional room and well appointed. Great view from room 1605. This is a very impressive, modern hotel which offers all that you would need for a comfortable stay in Melbourne. Alice on check in was very welcoming. All this for a more than competitive tariff. We would highly recommend.

Rooms right next door to our family, making our stay easier with children. Great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants etc and the tram.

Everything was brilliant 👏 On arrival in the evening we were met and greeted by the best receptionist/ check in lady I have ever met in 32 years of travel. Her name is Alice from Venice with a calm Irish twang! She was very professional and importantly sociable, took an interest in us and never stopped smiling! I had decided to book an extra night enroute from our drive from Sydney a long the Coastal Route. We were getting short of time due to all amazing things to see. We had set off from Lakes Entrance went to Wilson Prom and basically I was 😫 tired. Our room was very clean spacious, balcony, kitchen area and modern decor. In UK it would be called a suite. As we had been traveling for 6 days Alice allowed us access to the free laundry facilities and she offered this up with no prompt. To make our stay better we found out that we were next to Alfred Park where F1 is held. Beautiful walk around the lake is a must. This hotel has brilliant staff 👌 and should Credit Alice with her service. 😀

Location was great for the F1, convenient to a lot of restaurants.
