I really liked the location of the hotel and the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was quiet enough at night that you could get a good night’s sleep. Hopefully the restaurant/cafe in the foyer is operational soon as that will add to the experience.

The bed was comfortable, quiet, everything was super clean and modern. We had a broken aircon in the room but the staff changed gave us another room even an upgrade without hesitation. Staffs are super friendly.

Great location for a short stay in Melbourne’s CBD. Easy walk to catch the tram and close to so many great eateries near by. I liked that it was in a quiet alleyway but still so connected - perfect base to explore the city & return to for rest. Room was clean and cosy. Especially liked the design of the bathroom, and the bathrobes were a plus too.

The room was super comfy. The bed was lovely and I loved the extras like robes and a book about Melbourne. We had booked two corner rooms and mine was on the 4th floor so I had a view but my sons on the 2nd floor didn't so definitely request higher floors if you want a view. The hotel could not have been better located and was a stones throw was restaurants, cafes and shops. The tram was close by too.

We really enjoyed staying at the Howey. It’s in the best location to easily walk around the centre of Melbourne. Room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfy (not too soft)! Lovely staff. Felt luxurious but at an affordable price. Would definitely return.

The location is excellent - very central. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with a large television. The price was competitive. Another lovely stay in the vibrant city of Melbourne.

Quiet lane way hotel. Our room faced towards Swanston Street with views over neighboring rooftops. Received plenty of sunlight throughout the morning. Lovely staff. Plenty of space. Partner was able to work in both the room, and in the lobby with no issues (plenty of power points in both locations). Will be even better once cafe opens up.
