The fine print
We have 4 bikes for guests free use - 2 adult and 2 kids bikes, helmets and key lock - so guests can enjoy a ride around the local neighbourhood, St Kilda, beach and Albert Park Lake. Please keep bikes locked up with key lock at all times. Guests use bike at own risk, fully responsible for any damage or theft of bike. We'd kindly ask you look after the bikes as if your own, so all guests can continue to enjoy.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this charming house in St Kilda East with my family! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with a cozy yet modern vibe that made our stay so comfortable. The living area was perfect for family movie nights, and the kitchen was very modern and well-equipped. The location in St Kilda East was fantastic—quiet enough for a relaxing getaway but just a short walk to vibrant cafes, restaurants, and shops. Behind fence carpark in the driveway was great and street parking was available for our second car. The host was super responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again.

The hosts were fantastic. They stayed in constant communication with us even before our arrival, providing all the necessary information about accessing the house and the available facilities. Whenever we needed assistance, they responded promptly. The amenities in the house, such as the washing machine and kitchenware, made our stay comfortable and feel just like home. The location is excellent, with tram stations just a 5-10 minute walk away.
