Stayed for almost two weeks and it was the best value for the location. That being said, it is no Meriton (which is usually my preference) and accordingly, I have to be honest but also fair as I rate each of these things. They provide everything you need for a self-contained apartment. But nothing is fancy here. The beds were okay at best, The couches and table and chairs were basic and simple. This isn't a leisure apartment. 8/10 Location - immediately next door to Aldi for great value groceries, and close to trams for getting around town. 9/10 Value - for the location, this is as good as it gets. 9/10 Peace and Quiet - it was super quiet to sleep here, and having stayed at another nice property in Brighton, I would trade peace and quiet in a lesser property for somewhere newer and nicer that has trains going past ever few minutes all day and night!

The apartments are so well located, great value for money and have everything you need for a local stay. Aldi downstairs is a bonus!
