Location was excellent, lovely view from balcony at night Safe and secure apartment Flexible to allow us early entry (2hrs) Clean and tidy on arrival Washing machine and dryer very useful Air-conditioned, which was necessary with the warm weather Generally quick responses to messages sent to management

After being asked several times to check in online with buttons and links that didn't work and then having to ring for the lockbox code we got to the apartment which was very nice. Later trying the TV and WiFi neither worked i tried to turn on the white standard lamp and looked down inside the lampshade. It has not been cleaned since it was new. And just for a laugh the kitchen cupboards can only be used if you are 2 metres tall. But all in all we had a nice couple of days in Melbourne. We are intending to come back in another couple of weeks for a few days. We will be staying in a hotel it's far less hassle
