Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff are friendly. Very conveniently located opposite the train station, it’s only a short commute to the CBD. The tab area is a bonus for me, as I enjoy the races and watching the footy on the other tv is an added extra.If you like to play the pokies there is plenty of them too. It has its own bistro with a good selection of meals. All in all, it’s my go to place to stay in Melbourne ( Essendon).

The room was nice, bed comfortable and the complimentary water was most welcome! The location is perfect as it’s inbetween a tram stop and the train station.
