A 50% deposit of the total amount is required to secure the booking. We will notify the guest prior to charging the credit card provided. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable.The remaining 50% of the booking must be settled at least 15 days before the scheduled arrival date and is also non-refundable.We will charge this remaining amount to the credit card provided 15 days in advance. In the event of non-payment, we will notify you by email, requesting an alternative payment method within 48 hours. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the booking will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.Upon check-in all guests are required to present a government-issued photo identification (e.g. passport, national ID or driving license) along with the credit card used for booking under the same name. I had a beautiful stay, calm, cozy, and full of good energy. I really appreciated the well-organized space, the fully equipped kitchen, and the shared ingredients section thoughtfully provided by the hostel. Miguel and Tyrick were amazing hosts, warm, helpful, and always ready with great tips and information. I’ll miss them both and hope to cross paths again someday.🫣✨
