Central in Melbourne's CBD, just across the road from the skybus ( 20 mins from international airport) ,Southern Cross Station, trams and a shopping centre. Industrial view across the station and skyline, but no street noise. Secure entry, good soundproofing ( heard no-one), small basically supplied kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Good parking for extra charge. Good base for travelling around Victoria. Not too expensive for situation.

Loved the location!! It was easy to access and the staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and fitted our family of 6 in well for the weekend. Good facilities (indoor pool and spa). It was great value for money

The location to our event was brilliant - we were able to park our car securely once we sorted the right carpark as the instructions were confusing. The tram was right out the front of the building and we could walk easily to everything else we needed to access.

Excellent location close to all forms of public transport with grocery stores, liquor stores and food and beverage option all within a stone’s throw. Plenty of beautiful street art around the area to check out as well. The building’s pool, sauna and gym facilities were all clean and well-maintained
