Excellent check in. Cathy was lovely and very helpful. Lights were on and music playing in apartment on arrival. Late check out at 11am.

The cleanliness, accessible location, communication and clear instructions for access. I liked that everything you need is provided in abundance, particularly in the bathroom,kitchen and laundry.

Location was perfect for the event I came to see, within walking distance. The room was perfect, modern and spacious but still small and cozy. Great value for money and the staff member was friendly. Would happily book again for a longer stay.

Apartment was great, big and clean. Unfortunately our apartment was at the front which meant there was a lot of late night noise from people coming home from the pub. Maybe different if you aren’t staying on a Saturday night

Great location, clean rooms, friendly staff. It would have been really nice if the apartment had at least a tiny coffee machine and the double bed had one mattress instead of two. The soundproofing wasn't perfect, but it was tolerable.
