Friendly Service and Happy to go out of there way to help you, With anything, You ask, Room Service was Excellent, Meals were great. Plenty of towels, Staff were happy to change a taxi booking for me.

The hotel is lovely & I remember previously having stayed here for work. The hotel lobby is lovely, as are the staff - so helpful. The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, bright & again spacious. Location was great for a night out.

Didn't have breakfast. Disappointed there was no coffee shop. I found the bed very uncomfortable. Every time I turned over my bones ached. The bed was so hard.
