We want to ensure your stay with us is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Please take a moment to review the following important details before confirming your reservation.
Deposit: A deposit of 10% of the total booking amount will be charged to the card registered for your booking. This helps secure your reservation.
Card Surcharge: A 3% card surcharge will apply. Please note that this surcharge is non-refundable if the booking is canceled after confirmation.
Pre-aithorization hold: For security purposes, a pre-authorization hold maybe placed on your card 24 hours before your check in date. This will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges.
Guest and Cardholder Name match: The guest name must match the cardholders name. If the names do not match, you will be required to provide a photo of the cardholders valid ID, and proof of payment, such as a screenshot of the transaction showing our merchant name, payment amount and process dates (please corp or mark sensitive account information or other transactions) from your bank account or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If you are unable to provide a transaction screenshot, a photo of the card used to pay (showing only the last 4 digits and cardholder name) may be requested to confirm that you are authorized to use the card.Before your check in: Complete the check in form to help us prepare for your stay and make your arrival smooth.
For self check in property, you can access the property through a Smary DoorLock-KeyNest Store nearby-lockbox. To make your check in as easy as possible, please inform us of your estimated arrival time, so we can ensure everything is ready for you.
For guest screening and verification, we will kindly ask for a photo of your ID and a payment evidence. This is part of our easy and secure self check in process.
To verify payment, a screenshot of the payment transaction from your bank or payment provider (not from the booking platform). If this cannot be provided, a phoyo of the card used to pay showing only the last 4 digitis and cardholder name may be required.

There was nothing to NOT like. The apartment was perfect, in the perfect spot, so quiet at night. We could catch Trains and Trams just around the corner from us to anywhere we were going. Beds very comfy, 2 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms were great as were 2 girlfriends on holiday so we had our own space. Living area space was great, Washing Machine and Dryer as well. Lifts in the apartment block were super quiet. Stunning entrance to to Pride Manor as well. We loved it and would stay there again without hesitation. Plenty of restaurants, cafes on our door and supermarket right next door. What else could you ask for?

I like the location & simplicity of how the apartment is being decorated. The apartment is also very clean . I also like the host , Victoria . She is very polite and understanding. Thank you .

I liked the location as it was near the train station. There was no breakfast included. The accommodation was comfortable.
