The room was clean and well laid out, especially for being a corner room with an irregular shape. I appreciated that the tv was positioned so that it was easy to see from the bed and that the shower had an actual door as opposed to a curtain. It was also very easy to find and get to and from the CBD. The staff were very friendly and professional but didn't push conversation, so I was able to check in and out easily. I use a cane so I also appreciated that the stairs had railings on both sides and were split so as to not be super steep - I was able to manage with care.

No breakfast available. Location was fantastic as I needed access to the Alfred Hospital.

Comfortable bed, large room. Access to public transport right outside the door. Friendly and helpful staff, at reception and room maintenance.
