We look forward to welcoming you to Orange Stay Apartments located at 889 Collins St, Melbourne.Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river at 74A, kindly proceed to our office for the check-in process.Please inform Orange Stay at Collins Wharf in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Our reception is open only during limited hours of 9am to 5pm daily.For arrivals after hours, a lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival.Please note that personal late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 18:00 to 22:00 (AUD $50); After 22:00 (AUD $100).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.A damage deposit (pre-authorisation only) of AUD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be released in full by your card issuer, subject to an inspection of the property.The number of guests cannot exceed the number stated on the reservation. Guests who are unable to meet these requirements will not be granted access.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excellent location for base camp whilst touring Melbourne. Tram stop right out front in the free zone was very handy. We stayed on the 19th floor with excellent views on the yarra and out to Hobsons bay.
