Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands.
Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process.Please inform Orange Stay Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: -
From 18:00 to 22:00 AUD 50 -
After 22:00 AUD 100.
No check in after 12 midnight is allowed.Also lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival at no later than 2pm on arrival date.
Housekeeping service can be requested weekly for staying more than 7 nights at extra costs. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at extra charges.Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Angelique “Perfect location for the Oasis Concert at Marvel”

The location was great, with easy access to trams right outside the front door and a stone's throw away from the river, which had a great scenic walk to the city. We were in town for the Oasis concert and the apartment was a 10-minute walk from Marvel Stadium. The apartment was spacious enough for the three of us, with views of the docklands.

Great location, a stone throw from the CBD on the tram and perfect for Marvel stadium Area felt safe for female travellers Woolies across the street and little coffee shops local - ( week days ) Good size unit for 2 night stay Good communication with the host as had a late arrival and lock box east to do when found
