The property is all you need . Ideally located metres from a tram to take you anywhere . Only around the corner from shops , cafe . It’s also metres from Albert Park beautiful place for walks , Bar B -Q’s (parks have cooking facilities ) Albert park is also home to F1 track . 2 bed rooms 2 bathrooms pull out sofa . Washing machine and dryer on site. It’s perfect . Staff are also quick to reply if you have a problem Super views also

Location - next to tram for access to city, St. Kilda, and Chapel st, view overlooking bay and St Kilda, facilities (parking, pool, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen), valued for money.
