The fine print
After confirmation, an online check-in form will be sent via link and must be completed in order to access your apartment. Once completed you will receive your check-in details 2 days prior to arrival. A damage pre-authorisation hold of 200 local currency is required. This will be collected by credit card during your online check-in and will be released within 7 business days of check-out in full, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note we operate multiple units in this location and the layout of your allocated space may vary from these photos.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

I recently stayed at Urban Rest North Melbourne Apartments, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! The apartment was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a modern aesthetic that felt both stylish and comfortable. The location is excellent—close to public transport, making it easy to explore the city, yet tucked away in a quieter neighborhood, which provided a great escape from the hustle and bustle of central Melbourne. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped kitchen to the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. The customer service was exceptional; the Urban Rest team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. They were responsive, friendly, and attentive, even providing local recommendations that made a difference in my trip.
