We loved our short stay here. On arrival, instructions were clear and I was met by the host for an easy intro to the parking and apartment. The apartment itself was clean, well appointed and quiet, it was on the interior block of the complex. We didn't lack for anything, and felt welcomed and comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

We’ve stayed in Melbourne before—last time in St Kilda via Airbnb—but that experience turned out disappointing. This time, we finally found what a true host experience should be, in booking.com. We arrived super early, around 5am, but our host kindly woke up just to welcome us. She even prepared fresh-baked bread and milk for us, which felt incredibly thoughtful after a long journey. Unlike many places in Melbourne where you need to collect keys from some locker or convenience store, our host personally waited for us at the door and gave us a warm welcome. She patiently guided us through the house, making everything feel effortless and at home. The appliances in the house are top quality—especially the dryer, which I loved because it dries clothes gently without damaging them. What really touched us was the extra care: in the chilly Melbourne winter, the host prepared new cotton slippers for us—such a small gesture, but it made us feel so warm, literally and emotionally. Throughout the stay, we cooked and made ourselves at home. The kitchen had everything we needed. It didn’t feel like staying in a rental—it felt like staying in a real home. Honestly, this has been the best hosting experience I’ve had. Thank you for making our Melbourne trip so special!

The host was great - met me at the property; easy to communicate with by sms, timing flexible. Undercover parking spot at no extra charge a bonus as needed to sort, pack car for overseas travel the night that I checked out. Fresh sour dough bread, butter, milk provided; all utensils etc needed.
