The location is near RMIT and was very good for us. Access was easy - it is near Melbourne Central Station and city trains. The door access instructions were clear. The view is great; especially at night through the floor to ceiling windows. The bedroom and bathroom are very small but neat and clean. The lounge and open kitchen are great. TV is huge. It is very quiet inside. We enjoyed our stay of 4 nights - it was very comfortable.
