Excellent location - right in the middle of the city and just a short stroll to Myer. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The room we stayed in was quiet with very little city noise. The bed was very comfortable and the linen felt luxurious. Breakfast was included in our deal. There was plenty to chose from and it was very nice

I had multiple problems and the hotel assistant manager was absolutely lovely and eager to help rectify the problems . He was outstanding
