Location and view of the apartment is excellent, but in winter, sunshine goes in throughout the day. The coffee machine didn't work and we requested for a replacement via booking.com, SMS and QR code maintenance, but got no response. We approached the office and the staff arranged a new one on the same day. Very helpful and efficient.
