We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. - Somewhat convenient process of checking in. Instructions were clear and check-in process was easy. - Enjoyed that we didn't need a room card - room door was with a pin code via digital lock - which made going in and out of the hotel very easy and no concern of losing the room card.. - Very comfortable King bed and pillows - Bathroom: Strong water pressure, fast response of the water heater, - Excellent room soundproofing - was very quiet both from the outside and the hallway. - Very convenient kitchenette and laundry. Tower fan was also provided, hidden in the closet - Size and spaciousness of room was great! - Very good value for money

I loved the location. It is perfect for getting around to see the sights of Melbourne. Easy aceess to public transport & walking distance to many places of interest. Lots of tourist information leaflets available in the main lobby. It was a very quiet suite, which for a 2 week stay really mattered to me. Especially as I was out all day enjoying Melbourne. Good kitchen facilities enough to cook up a few simple meals. The washer drier was very new and clean. It was nice to leave with all my clothes clean. A very modern bathroom with a separate shower cubicle as well as a bath. It looked as though it was recently refurbished. The bedroom has a double wardrobe, inside there was a chest of drawers. So plenty of storage. Also an iron & ironing board, fan & a blanket if extra warmth was needed. The lovely warm throw in the lounge was appreciated. However you have access to control the room temperature via a thermostat. You can request, clean towels, rubbish collection and tea & coffee replenishing on a daily basis. However I just picked tea up when I needed more from reception.

The top floor had a gym and sauna. The bed was comfortable. The suite was roomy. It was conveniently located to access different trams.

This was my second time staying here. Reception staff is very lovely. It was very easy to check in and because there was no physical pass/key, it was even easier to check out. Great mid-week stay if you work in the CBD
