Location is ideal for first time tourists. We enjoyed coffee and food and not to mention the close proximity to free tram rides. It is also walking distance to the nearest train station, Flagstaff.

Spacious apartment was ideal for four day stay with kids. Large comfortable beds in quiet room, clean bathroom with shower and bath was perfect for a family stay. Everything was just what we needed: central city location close to tram stops, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to Chinatown and the Emporium. We will stay here next time we visit Melbourne. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Next time we'll leave the car at home and get the train, it's so easy. Very reasonable rates.
