The location is perfect for the cbd. The staff are very good even when we had a small issue i tried to call reception but called the head office number. Peter helped me out even though he was not at the property. They kindly upgraded us as it was my sisters birthday. This is always where we stay in the city

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly. Big enough for family of four. Extra separate toilet was good. Ability to split double bed was good for teenagers not having to share a bed. Bed was comfy. Had everything we needed. Short one night stay so was fine overall.

In the heart of the city & very close to everything. We were only there for 1 night, which served our purpose. Staff was friendly & efficient.
