Please note civil works are underway on Cambridge Street, causing some noise and blocking some outlooks. Please do not hesitate to contact our amazing lyf Guards if you have any questions. Hey, just a quick heads-up! - Construction works on 44 Oxford Street and 16-20 Langridge Street.
As our next-door neighbours are undertaking exciting developments, you might hear some noise from 7 am to 5 pm - Sundays are off (yay!) . As always, our lyf Guards are here to assist you with your concerns. Thanks heaps!

Love this property, stay here ever time I come to Melbourne, can walk to the G and Rod Laver, trams to CBD, and great food in Smith St. Staff are super friendly and Lyf is super clean.

Staff were fantastic, room number sent to phone instead of spoken out loud - LOVE that they do this. Comfy bed, small ish room but no worries, it’s fantastic for a short stay.

The perfect place to stay in Collingwood. No frills and no fuss. It's just super comfortable, convenient, and easy! Staff were brilliant, the room was so cute and perfect for our needs, and the location was ideal for exploring Collingwood, Fitzroy, Carlton, and the CBD. Would happily stay again!
