This is the absolute best location just a short stroll to VIC Markets and straight 15 min walk to Melbourne Central Then back the other direction to Marvel stadium and the docklands

The apartment was fantastic. The view the cleanliness and comfort was amazing. The location of the free tram is great. From the sky bus at Spencer Street, it is a short 5 minute walk. The area has a Coles close by, for your needs. Victoria Market was a 10-minute walk. There is so much around the area regarding restaurants. Both fine dining and cheap eats. Marvel Stadium is an easy walk. Spencer Street Discount shopping is 3 minutes away. I highly recommend this apartment.

Good location. Close to Skybus from/to airport - approx 5 minutes walk. Great view from apartment. Nicely appointed apartment.
