Have been coming to this hotel (in its several iterations) since late 1990s. I like its refreshed “industrial” look. One feels safe. Staff are helpful and thoughtful. The amenities just right. It is not fussy. The location is perfect.

The rooms are fantastic, the pillows and bed are so so comfy , lovely shower and the staff where brilliant and made us feel very special as it was an engagement celebration

The bed & pillows were really comfy for us, it felt luxurious! Great shower. Loved the hosted hour. Valued the security in the hotel. Brilliant location. Appreciated the contact with the hotel for recommendations & any help we may need before we arrived.
