We were welcomed by Ethan at the front desk who was so friendly and warm. Check in was a breeze- and we had plenty of space on the room we had booked for all of our luggage. The hotel is super close to public transport, and on a couple of main roads but it felt quiet and despite having a huge window to the street it felt private.

Beautifully presented, comfortable bed, spacious room (the first one), friendly and helpful staff, excellent location for travellers who do not have a car as it is very close to Southern Cross Station.
