Location and ease of collecting the key. Great location, view of Queen Victoria Market. Well-equipped apartment with plenty of cooking facilities and washer/dryer. Nice quiet apartment. Good for our family of 4.

Apartment was in a perfect location and had amazing views! A few reviews said there were long waits for the lift due to it being on a high level but we never had to wait more than 30seconds for the lift!
