The fine print
Hotel registration and check in is available only to guests who are not prohibited from entering the hotel, are 18 years of age or over, and are recorded on the reservation at the time of booking. A valid hardcopy photo identification acceptable to Crown must be supplied in order to check-in, which will be recorded by Crown. Payment in full is required for all accommodation upon check-in (if not prepaid in advance). An additional cash, EFTPOS or debit card payment of $200 or credit card imprint will also be required as security for any incidental costs, including damage associated with the room. Purchases made throughout the stay must be paid for when ordered. If staying in a premium room type, an additional credit card pre-authorisation of $500 per night (not exceeding $2,000 for bookings of more than four nights) is required as security for any incidental costs, including damage associated with the room. Cash, EFTPOS and debit card are not accepted. Please note a service fee of 1.15% applies to all credit card transactions. Absolutely everything was amazing. Great location and love that it was at the entertainment side so it wasn't a far walk to anything. Room was clean, comfortable and great view. Having the valet was an extra convenience even with the price, it allowed us to have stress free parking and car collection. Staff were amazing at the desk, super helpful. The cleaning crew were friendly when we walked past them in the halls with their hellos and smiles.

secruity down stairs- when waiting for our car with our 6 month old, there was a person who was acting erratic coming closer to the hotel entrance- security noticed guests were feeling uncomfortable and unsafe and acted swiftyly. very thankful for them. beds and pillows were super comfortable love the later check out

The reception staff member was not well trained and just wanted to upsell at every touch point I do not think I will stay again As I was not provided the points as requested also the app does not work You group has work to do I feel !
