Facilities, including the gym and pool, are currently unavailable for short-stay guests at this property due to restrictions imposed by the building’s owners corporation, which Corporate Keys has no control over. This is evident by the absence of photos of these facilities on this listing. Please note that there is a non-refundable 2.3% charge when you pay with a Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card. Payments are facilitated through RMS Pay - a secure payment channel. A payment link will be sent to you within 48 hours of making your reservation. An additional fee of $120.00 will be imposed if a Corporate Keys staff member needs to attend with a physical EFTPOS machine. Please note that we currently utilise a check-in contractor for this property. Please confirm via the check in portal a minimum of 8 hours in advance of your expected arrival time. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with additional charges applicable after this time. Primary guests must be physically present at check-in to present valid ID. Additional guests on the booking will not be checked in if the above policy is not followed. Guest can check-in between 4PM and 9PM. Charges apply for check-in after 9PM. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
