Great location near to Lakeside park. Streetside bar, live music and bistro. Very friendly staff and great service. Outstanding personal welcome from owners.

I was in a room on level 2 - the corridors are lovely & wide - the room was lovely & comfy & even though I don’t drink it - had little coffee pod coffee makers in the rooms. Appelles toiletries in the bathroom is always a lovely touch. The bed & pillows were both comfortable & the property was clean and neat. In a handy location to MSAC & the Sth Melbourne Markets.

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The bathroom excellent. I enjoyed having a quiet dinner in the downstairs bar. The lady playing guitar and singing on the Thursday night was a highlight. I would stay here again. All staff were also very friendly.
