This is the second time we've stayed here with family and overall had a great experience. The staff were very accommodating, especially Evie at the front desk, she was fantastic! We booked four rooms for our family, we arrived early and she kept us updated on when they would be ready. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave us a bottle of wine to thank us for our patience, which was much appreciated. The rooms are a good size, especially for families, and offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The one bedroom apartments also had a sofa bed in the lounge. These were made up on arrival for us, giving us heaps of space with the kids. While the hotel is a bit outdated and could use some modern touches, it was clean and well maintained. The indoor pool was a nice bonus, though we did find the water a bit too cold for comfort. Breakfast was standard, nothing too fancy, but enough to start the day. All in all, a good stay with excellent service. We'd return, especially thanks to the hospitality shown by staff like Evie.

Room was clean and had everything needed. Staff kept our bags when we arrived early and put them in our room once it became ready
