It was my son's 18th birthday and the manager delivered himself to our room, a bottle of champagne on the house. Just friendly team, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows. We had a great balcony view. The room had everything we needed. The breakfast buffet was good and replenished and taken care of by the staff. Communicated and asked how we wanted our beds configurated, nothing was a problem for the ream. Just great friendly service which is hard to find these days. Really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful, convenient location for what I wanted to do, on-site parking again convenient, comfy bed. Complimentary late checkout was such a bonus!! The city river views where just magical all lit up at night
