Perfect location for CBD exploring, close to public transport. Walking distance to Chinatown, theatres. Staff are always accommodating, one of my go to places to stay while in the city.

Great value for the price and the kitchenette was handy. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice to have the bathtub given the cold weather. Staff was nice when I finally met him.

Great location. Very close to trams which does include the tourist city circle tram number 35 and a parliament station. Short walking distance to the theatres. Lots of places to eat and drink at around the hotel. The queen room was very spacious, everything we wanted was included with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfy, the room was very quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Loved how you could go to the coffee/tea/hot chocolate machine in the lobby and help yourself to as many hot drinks that you liked. They even had marshmallows which was a winner for me lol. Parking was good. Very reasonably priced especially for the area. This is definitely a place we will keep coming back to in the near future.
