Great place and great location. Bed with ensuite up against the wall isn't practical for couples and rug in lounge is a tripping hazard. Picking keys up from different location definitely not ideal and dropping keys back off in the room after having to get ur car out feom the parking lot and trying to find somewhere to park while doing racing back up there. There is a receptionist at the door why not have the keys there? Communication with Ivy was spot on when I needed.

Great location, good size for the group we had. Beds were very comfy, apartment had what we needed. Arrival, parking and key collection was easy and very straight forward with information provided by owner.
