Love everything about it except for the steep stairs, it wasnt that big of a deal for us but we were quite worried for our kids so they ended up sleeping with us in one area as to avoid them from going to the stairs at night in case they woke up. But overall extremely good value for money. Tram station just by the house. Halal restaurant nearby. Great amenities and all working well. There’s local coles nearby so we can do a quick grocery. We walked to Albert Park a lot so that kids can enjoy the playgrounds there. Our most fav part is going to South Melb Market!!!

We had a swimming competition at MSAC over 5 days and this was such a perfect location. The car stayed in the provided off street driveway and we walked to and fro from MSAC. Walked to Crown to see the Christmas decorations and show. There is a tram on Clarendon St that takes you right to the city. South Melbourne market was an easy walk. Each morning we did a walk around Albert Park lake to kick off the day which was about a 5km round trip from the apartment. I was a little worried about noise from Trams and traffic on Clarendon St but the lounge room faced the street and the bedrooms were set to the back so noise was no issue for sleeping. Great place and location to stay.
