The bed was very comfortable and cosy, the staff are nice and the room was very quiet. They also allowed us to change checkout for a small fee which was so appreciated. The location is also excellent, and there’s a few great cafes and restaurants right downstairs.

The front office staff were excellent - always pleasant, helpful and attentive to our needs. Shout out to Carrie and her team! The property is very conveniently located near nice eateries and shopping. The trams and train station are just a short walk away.
