The room was great, very modern and up to date. Location was great for the CBD - very close to transport and great food. The staff were welcoming and lovely, and always at reception for anything you needed. Our room was serviced every day. We enjoyed our stay very much.

I checked in on the 11th and was assisted by a staff member whose service attitude was exceptional. Due to cultural reasons, I was not entirely comfortable with the bed placement in the first room assigned to me. She was very patient and kindly showed me two other rooms, allowing me to choose the one I liked best. I truly appreciate her understanding of my cultural background and the thoughtful help she provided during my check-in, which made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.
