It’s in a good location. Easy to walk to city centre, southern cross station, sky bus, and to the trams. It is tidy and quiet. I am glad to see there is a place to eat opened since last time too.

My "go to" budget Melbourne hotel..convenient to all public transport, city shopping, casino.. very reasonable tariffs. Living 4 hours from city I stay here when I have medical appointments or sometimes friend getaway. Never had a problem..staff always helpful and pleasant. No traffic noise .

Although small, the room was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and all of the amenities were spotless. Easily accessible from Southern Cross station, plus good parking options available if needed.
